What will you do?

  • GET CERTIFIED AS AN AMIMAL CONTROL OFFICER
  • Go out on residential calls that are called in about animal problems
  • Pick up animals off the streets and take to shelter
  • Transport animals to be neutered or spayed
  • Clean and spray out the kennels
  • Carry XL sacks of animal feed and feed the animals at the shelter
  • Pick up dead animal carcasses that have been hit on the roads
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Duties:

  • Reads blueprints, job orders, tooling instructions and standard charts for such specifications as dimensions, tolerances and tooling instruction, such as type of holding fixtures, cutting speeds, feed rates and cutting tools to be used.
  • May operate fork lift truck, hand truck or crane to move, convey, or hoist spring wire from storage area to work area.
  • Completes the coiling of springs according to the work order.
  • Inspects springs for proper dimensions and checks for desired length.
  • Cleans machines and performs minor maintenance.
  • Assists less experienced operators in selection of tooling and operation of equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Good stability work history.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, plant rules and policies, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

There are full and part time positions available, in both the daytime and afternoon programs. Under the general direction of the Program Coordinator, the Recreational Counselors and Support Staff are responsible foremost for assisting with the safety and engagement of participants. In addition, our Recreational Counselors’ expectations are to be active and attentive to the guidelines and needs of both the academic and recreational elements of the program. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, activity facilitation, instructional support, daily reporting, processing of registration, cash handling, customer service, miscellaneous paperwork, general clean up, and set up. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.  

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist with the active engagement of participants in educational and recreational programs, and or activities.
  • Assist with the execution of programs/lessons as assigned.
  • Plan interactive activities for groups as assigned.
  • Must have excellent behavior management skills and provide positive communication between parents and staff.
  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and use of instructional aids, materials, and technology as directed.

Job duties:

  • Responsible for following all accounting policies and procedures
  • Responsible for preparing and reviewing reports for accounting department
  • Assist with preparation and reviewing of reports to ensure that transactions and accounts are recoded in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining general ledger accounts including but not limited to bank accounts, investments, accounts receivable and fixed assets
  • Preparing GE Tax Returns on a monthly basis
