  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or similar strategic HR role.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical techniques.
  • Perform soldering tasks (if experienced) for electronic or mechanical assemblies.
  • Inspect and test finished products for quality assurance.
  • Follow written instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Mechanically inclined – previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
