There are full and part time positions available, in both the daytime and afternoon programs. Under the general direction of the Program Coordinator, the Recreational Counselors and Support Staff are responsible foremost for assisting with the safety and engagement of participants. In addition, our Recreational Counselors’ expectations are to be active and attentive to the guidelines and needs of both the academic and recreational elements of the program. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, activity facilitation, instructional support, daily reporting, processing of registration, cash handling, customer service, miscellaneous paperwork, general clean up, and set up. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • Assist with the active engagement of participants in educational and recreational programs, and or activities.
  • Assist with the execution of programs/lessons as assigned.

  • Must have excellent behavior management skills and provide positive communication between parents and staff.
  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and use of instructional aids, materials, and technology as directed.

About the Role:

• Perform basic housekeeping in assigned area of the warehouse

Job Summary: Work with Assemblies, Fabricate Extrusions, Build/Assemble Hollow Metal Door Orders. Complete customization and completion of hollow metal doors according to work order and product templates pulling material, welding parts together, using power tools such as jigsaw, grinder, drills, etc. Install door modifications as necessary.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Build Assemblies as needed to meet customer demand.
  • Read blue prints or sales orders and fulfill.
  • Build crates for door packages, hollow metal door, TDA & special projects.
  • Transfer completed assemblies to the warehouse for stock.
  • Work with shipping to get packages out in a timely manner.
  • Fabricate Hollow Metal Doors for orders and prep.
  • Verify & shelve materials daily.
  • Keep work area clean.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels with physical counts.
  • Adjust inventory as needed with item journals and assembly BOMs.
  • Make sure that all orders go same day when possible.
  • Assist auto slide door department as needed.

Processes IDP credit card transactions by phone.
  • Reconciles and monitors group payments by using records gathered from multiple sources to ensure appropriate payments are received in relation to billing and eligibility. Uses a comprehensive understanding of diverse billing formats, complex funding arrangements, and the interrelationship of eligibility, contract, and billing/accounting systems. Conducts research and works with groups or other internal departments to determine appropriate actions needed to resolve payment, billing, or eligibility issues.
  • Processes the incoming mail, as well as the mailing of COBRA & IDP notifications and group invoices using controls to reduce the potential for breaches.
