Machine Operator / Production Relief Operator

What You’ll Do

• Operate, adjust, troubleshoot, and set up production equipment
• Work with mixers, depositors, conveyors, packaging equipment, metal detectors, box makers, and other production machinery
• Monitor equipment settings and ensure efficient production flow
• Rotate raw materials using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
• Train and support fellow team members as needed
• Assist supervisors by identifying production issues and suggesting solutions
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 5S standards
• Follow all safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions immediately
• Support food safety, quality, GMP, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure products meet company quality and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
