In this production role you will learn all aspects of the consumer packaging operation, which has been in business for over 70 years. As a new hire in your probationary period, you will be trained in one or more departments, which may include:

Food Services

Bowl/Tray Forming

Finishing

Web Operation

For all areas, you will learn the basics on safety, product quality and producing/packing finished goods for our customers.

We offer a competitive starting wage of  $22.17/hr!

All candidates must be able to work rotating shifts, which includes the ability to work 12 hours as needed. Some weekend work may be required. The schedule resembles the following:

Week 1 – working 3rd shift 1030p-630a

Week 2 – working 2nd shift 230p-1030p

Week 3 – working 1st shift 630a-230p

Week 4 – working 3rd….etc.

Job Requirements:

Data entry skills to record production information.

Ability to distinguish between colors.

Ability to read and comprehend English instructions.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills.

Required to wear steel toe shoes, hair nets, safety glasses, and earplugs at a minimum.

Must be able to work in a tobacco free campus setting (includes the parking lot, company grounds and the plant),

Jewelry of any kind is prohibited on the production floor.
