Job Opening: Event Staff
Description
We are seeking dependable and customer-focused Weekend Event Staff to fill our Line Cook, Cashier, Food Service and General Utility positions.
Location: Fayette, Iowa
Pay: $17.25/hour
Shift: 7am – 2pm and 2pm – 8pm
Days: Saturday & Sunday
Responsibilities:
Line Cook – Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and food safety standards. Maintain food quality, stock workstations, and support efficient kitchen operations.
Cashier – Provide excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions, handling cash, and assisting guests with questions and concerns.
Food Service – Assist with food preparation, meal service, food station support, cash receipts, and sanitation duties. Help maintain quality, safety, and customer service standards.
General Utility – Support dining operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Responsibilities include washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, disposing of waste, and assisting with general kitchen support as needed.
Previous food service or cooking experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety procedures..
