We have IMMEDIATE openings for associates as Team Lead – 1st shift.
A Team Lead is responsible for supporting daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met while leading and assisting production employees.
Shift 1st shift: 6:30am to 3:15pm
Pay Rate: $17.50
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support production employees on assigned shift.
- Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed.
- Monitor production lines to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Train and assist new employees with work instructions and processes.
- Coordinate staffing and workflow to maintain efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately.
- Communicate shift updates, performance expectations, and operational changes.
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
- Work closely with supervisors, maintenance, quality, and other departments to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
