Packaging Associate

Our client is looking for individuals to work in their packaging department. This is a long term temporary position with a probability of being hired full time, located in Ames, Iowa. Candidates must live within a 20 minute radius of Ames, IA to be considered.

This role offers multiple shifts:

1st Shift: 7:00AM-3:00PM, $18.25/hour

2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:00PM, $18.25/hour

3rd Shift: 11:00PM-7:00AM, $19.25/hour

Shift preferences will be discussed during the hiring process.

Duties:

Work on packaging line to count, pack, and seal product.
Assist with palletizing and stage for shipping as needed.
Break down cardboard.

Requirements:

Must be located within 20 minutes of Ames, IA
Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift and lift up to 15-20 pounds throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, safely.
Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull.
