Production/Sales Supervisor

Our production client is looking for a Production/Sales Supervisor to oversee roughly 7-10 employees and manage business development. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Pay Range: $50,000 – $70,000 DOE

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday) Additional hours as needed.

Duties:

• Assist with managing a small office team, including administrative and sales personnel.
• Oversee daily operations, including leading meetings, setting goals, and managing the sales pipeline.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, including cold calling, lead generation, and account qualifications.
• Schedule vendor and service appointments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.High level of independence and ability to motivate teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory experience with a team of 5 or more employees.
• Mechanical maintenance experience or strong mechanical inclination.
