Local school is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Director of Admissions to lead student recruitment, enrollment, and retention efforts. This position serves as a key ambassador for the school and is responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships with prospective students, families, other schools, alumni, and community partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a passion for education, and a proven ability to drive enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment and enrollment initiatives to achieve enrollment goals.
- Manage all aspects of the admissions process, from inquiry through enrollment.
- Plan and oversee admissions events, campus visits, open houses, shadow days, and community outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective families, schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor enrollment trends, analyze data, and provide regular reports and projections to leadership.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and administrative teams to support recruitment and retention efforts.
- Manage admissions communications and ensure a positive and professional experience for prospective families.
- Oversee admissions budgets, processes, and systems to ensure operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage projects and initiatives independently.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar technologies.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment events.
