Job Opening: Quality Auditor

Remedy Staffing is now hiring for 1st shift QA Auditor in Syracuse, NY!

Position: AQ Auditor

Pay: $21.00 / hr

Location: Syracuse, NY

Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Days: Monday – Thursday, with flexibility to work Friday shift as needed

Overtime may be available

Responsibilities:

Perform in-house line audits of pharmaceutical filling and packaging operations

Perform line clearances, in-process, and end-item inspections

Review and apply specifications for acceptance of in-coming packaging components, raw materials, and finished products

Release materials for use in production

Monitor and interpret charts and gauges

Experience Required:

Associates degree in Science, or equivalent

1-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Manufacturing in an FDA regulated environment

Ability to use measuring devices

Working knowledge of cGMPs is preferred

Bachelors degree in Science is preferred

Technical writing experience is preferred

What you need to succeed:

Highly motivated with knowledge of contemporary cGMP practices and procedures

Excellent written and communication skills

Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices

Attention to detail

Ability to solve practical problems

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for entire shift

Cannot be allergic to peanuts, peanut oil, or penicillin
