Forklift / Order Selector – Ames Iowa

Our client is looking for a qualified Forklift Operator. This is a Temporary-To-Hire position and located in Ames, Iowa.

Starting Pay: $22.00 / Hour

Hours: 3:00pm – 11:00/11:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Duties:

1. Operating Stand up, battery powered Forklift or a sit-down propane forklift (80% of work shift).
2. Utilizing a had held scanner to locate products.
3. Unloading semi-trailer with finished products to the warehouse and putting on racking system.
4. Taking products form the warehouse and loading them into a semi-trailer.Bring supplies to the packaging line.Building pallets.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6monhts stand up (electric) or sit-down (propane) forklift.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, safely.
3. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds through out the shift.
