Description

We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator / General Laborer to join our team. This position involves operating machinery, assisting with general labor tasks, and supporting production operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment.

Ability to work early morning shifts

Willingness to work overtime on Fridays as needed

Ability to follow safety guidelines and production procedures

Dependable with good attendance

Ability to perform physical tasks associated with a manufacturing environment

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

Interviews will be conducted once a suitable candidate is identified.

Experience

Previous machine operating experience preferred
Welding experience is a plus but not required
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is helpful

Work Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Fridays (Overtime as needed):
- 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM or
- 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (based on workload)
Saturdays: Not currently worked, but may be required in the future
