Position: Full-time, Call Center Representative – Remote, Oahu-based
Location: Honolulu
Industry: Non-Profit
Schedule: Must be available 7-days per week between 7:00am – 10:00pm. Two possible shifts: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Schedules provided biweekly.
Pay: $17.38 per hour

The Call Center Representative works remotely on the front lines of a statewide resource helpline. This role connects individuals and families to essential community resources and services with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity. Evening and weekend shifts are available.
Job Duties:
- Respond to calls, texts, chats, and emails to provide community resource referrals.
- Deliver compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive support.
- Accurately document client interactions and maintain confidentiality.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure service effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Participate in required trainings and provide feedback to improve resource listings.
- Support team operations and assist during community emergencies as needed.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in customer service, call center, or social services roles, preferred.
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using databases, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and work effectively under pressure.
