Position Overview

Remedy Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a growing client in the Erie area. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and foundational accounting knowledge.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys accuracy, problem-solving, and working with financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments accurately and promptly
• Reconcile customer accounts and research discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve billing or payment issues
• Prepare accurate customer invoices
• Conduct professional collections activities
• Utilize ERP systems daily for transaction management
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Foundational accounting knowledge (A/R experience preferred)
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
• ERP software experience is a plus
• Professional communication skills with customers and internal teams
