Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Full-Cycle Recruiter to support our manufacturing operations by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across a variety of skilled and unskilled roles. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of high-volume industrial recruiting, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. This role will manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to on-boarding while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the entire recruiting process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer.
- Recruit for high volume, entry level manufacturing roles.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume positions.
- Conduct bilingual interviews, phone screens, and assessments as needed.
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
- Use creative sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, community partnerships, networking events, trade schools, and employee referrals.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate applicant data within the ATS; ensure compliance with company policies, EEO, OFCCP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Support pre-employment processes including onboarding documentation and E-verification.

Hours: Mon-Fri from 8:30am-5pm
Location: Rochester, NY
Pay: $20-$25/hr DOE
This position is currently a full time, contract position that could become long term dependent on several factors. Seeking candidates who have experience with high volume/Full cycle recruitment with an emphasis on working with a sense of urgency to quickly build a candidate pipeline.
