Job Opening: Quality Control (Food Manufacturing)

Remedy Staffing has immediate openings for Quality Control in a food manufacturing plant located far South!

Available Shifts: 

• 1st Shift – Monday-Saturday 6AM-6PM
• 2nd Shift – Sunday-Friday 6PM-6AM

Pay Rates: 

• 1st Shift – $13.00 per hour ($1085.50 gross without taxes removed)
• 2nd Shift – $14.50 per hour ($1210.75 gross without taxes removed)

$1.50 pay increase after the completion of 90 working days 

Quality Control job duties/requirements consist of but are not limited to the following: 

• Inspect weight, size, and moisture levels of food product to ensure it meets all standards
• Document inspection findings on computer systems as well as other logs
• Communicate clearly in English with all team members and drivers
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and go up and steps to reach product within a very tight area
• Basic math will be required
• Attention to detail is a must due to having to verify labels, expiration dates, and other important information
• Reliable transportation is a must as this worksite is not available on a busline
• Ability to provide a valid form of ID and eligibility to work in the US
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
