Training & Schedule Requirements
Training Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM

6-8 weeks of paid training

Post-Training Schedule Assignment:
Shift selection is not available. Work schedules will be assigned upon successful completion of training.
The facility operates seven (7) days per week, 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Assigned schedules will consist of eight (8) hour shifts, five (5) days per week. Weekend availability is required.

Minimum Qualifications
-
High school diploma or recognized equivalent
AND -
Four (4) years of administrative, billing, credit/collections, account systems, or customer service experience
OR -
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
OR -
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Full availability for the 8-week training period
Major Function
This role performs responsible clerical and customer service work assisting customers with establishing service accounts and managing complex or specialized accounts. The position requires extensive public interaction and the ability to resolve escalated concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
Work is performed independently under general supervision and is evaluated based on accuracy, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist customers with establishing new service accounts

Resolve account inquiries and complex customer concerns

Determine and set deposit requirements for new commercial accounts

Collaborate with supervisors to collect data and conduct service-related studies

Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and customer support
