Job Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and subassemblies according to work instructions
• Perform visual and functional inspections of electronic products
• Identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
• Accurately document inspection results and production data
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous electronics assembly or quality inspection experience a plus (not required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic hand-eye coordination
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
