Remedy Staffing is hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Hotel Customer Service Agents to work at the front desk of an upscale, busy hotel. The role requires flexibility across all three shifts and focuses on delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
- Handle payments, reservations, and phone inquiries.
- Serve as the main communication point for guest needs.
- Manage emails, reports, data entry, and various administrative tasks.
- Perform and oversee additional front-desk duties as assigned.
