Pay: $19.00 – $25.00/hr
Day Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday–Friday
Job Duties of an Office Coordinator:
- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Review timecard information, enter corrections, and submit approvals
- Assist with accounting tasks, including month-end ledger balancing
- Code and submit invoices to Accounts Payable
- Scan and upload receiving POs
- Provide backup for direct and inter-company billing
- Maintain office equipment and order supplies
- Oversee building maintenance and service contracts
- Manage conference/training room calendars and assist with meeting/event food orders
- Complete new hire onboarding and submit HR paperwork
- Coordinate safety meetings and maintain safety binder compliance
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
