Concessions Cook Job Duties:

• Cook and prepare concession foods like hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, snow cones, soft serve ice cream and chips
• Stocking and receiving supplies
• Cleaning kitchen and outside eating area using chemical cleaners
• Wash dishes
• Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

• Minimum 6 months previous food service experience
• Previous cooking experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, squat, and lift a minimum of 25 lbs repetitiously
