Remedy Staffing is hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing Operators for a reputable production facility. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. Prior experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train motivated candidates!

Schedule:

• 1st and 3rd shift openings

• Weekend rotation required

Position Overview:
The Operator is responsible for retrieving parts from assigned injection molding machines and performing visual inspections to ensure all products meet customer quality specifications. This role also includes packaging and completing required documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare presses for start-up

• Retrieve parts from injection molding machines

• Perform visual inspections per customer specifications

• Look up and follow product prints

• Conduct press audits and box audits

• Verify part weights

• Perform layer packing as required

• Make effective defect decisions to ensure quality compliance

• Complete inspection and production documentation

• Communicate with team members to maintain quality, efficiency, and safety standards

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)

• Repetitive tasks throughout shift

• Lifting up to 25 lbs

Qualifications:

• Entry-level position — training provided

• Prior manufacturing or inspection experience preferred, not required

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
