Hiring a 2nd shift Supervisor in Geneva, NY
3p – 11pm $30/hour
Supervisor Job Duties:
Manages daily production, leading the team to meet output, quality, and safety goals by scheduling work, monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues, training staff, enforcing procedures (safety, quality), and reporting performance, essentially bridging management and the production floor to ensure efficient, compliant, and productive operations.
Requirements:

People management experience

Proactive approach to process interruptions and down time.

Leadership experience

Knowledge of Safety (to include GMP & PPE)
- Ability to write Incident reports and be able to reach out to supervisors, managers, and the plant manager if necessary.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet essential physical requirements of position.
