Shift:

Days: 7:00am-3:30pm Mon-Fri

Nights: 5pm-3:30am Mon-Thurs

Pay: $16/hr-$22/hr DOE

You will work closely with engineers and quality control personnel to maintain production standards and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, adjust machining parameters for optimal performance, and perform routine maintenance on CNC machines. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
• Keep detailed records of production quantities and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to enhance manufacturing processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Familiarity with G-code programming and CNC control systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and blueprint reading.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
