Immediate 1st Shift Temporary Equipment Support Specialist Job in Clive, IA!
Pay: $20.00 -$22.00/Hour
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
(Every other Wednesday 7:30am-5:00pm)
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of product support to customers via help desk
- Ability to identify the problem and provide the correct solution by troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
- Triage calls and web leads and route them to the appropriate department or team member
- Identify potential sales opportunities and transfer qualified leads to sales team
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries
- Use CRM systems and other relevant software to track customer interactions and sales leads
- Performing basic diagnosis
Requirements:

MUST have troubleshooting experience or a back ground in mechanical repair or equipment repair.

Previous Help desk/troubleshooting CSR/call center experience
- 2+ years call center experience
