Join the event team for a major convention in Honolulu! We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic individuals to assist with event setup, registration, guest services, and general support throughout the convention. This short-term opportunity is perfect for those who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Duties:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including signage, materials, and booth organization.
• Support registration and check-in by greeting attendees and issuing badges.
• Provide directions and answer attendee questions throughout the event.
• Monitor event areas to ensure smooth operations and assist with crowd flow.
• Work closely with event coordinators and follow instructions to maintain a professional environment.

Job Requirements:

• Must be available for the full event duration (November 7–12).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Prior event or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
