Job Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in Order Picking, Picking or Pick/Pack in a warehouse
• Able to stand up and bend for entire shift
• Able to work in non-climate controlled environment
• Able to count accurately
• Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively during shift
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse computers, a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow warehouse policies and procedures
• Pick products by matching numbers and product descriptions using a voice audio headset
• Lift 50 lbs repetitively throughout shift
• Meet accuracy and production quotas with high attention to detail
• Hand shrink wrap orders with label and move to loading dock with pallet jack or walkie-rider
• Work in fast paced warehouse environment

Warehouse Picker Order Selector- Longview, Texas Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using voice audio headset. Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to over-head. Place the beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet. Hand shrink wrap orders with label and move completed order to the loading dock area using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment. Shift and Schedule: Full-time Monday- Friday 9:00AM - finished (between 6pm and 9pm) Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required This position could utilize the following equipment: Electronic Pallet Jack - Walkie Rider - Voice Audio Headset - Shrink Wrap This position could include: Hand Stacking - EPJ - Pallet Jacks - Voice Audio - Headsets - Picking - Picker - Order - Order Selecting – Pallets Pay starting at $17.00 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $17.92 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
