2nd Shift Assistant Machine Operator – Fort Atkinson

 Pay: $18.25/hour

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (8–10 hour shifts)

• Overtime may extend until midnight

• Occasional Saturdays | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

We’re hiring motivated individuals to assist in machine operations on 2nd shift. This role supports production by helping set up, monitor, and maintain machinery, ensuring smooth workflow and quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with machine setup and operation

• Monitor production processes and report issues

• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment

• Follow safety guidelines and production procedures

• Support team with general manufacturing tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Previous manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
