Job Opening: Customer Service Rep

Immediate 1st Shift Temporary Customer Service Representative Job in Clive, IA!

Pay: $17.00-$18.00

Hours: 8am-5pm

Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and assisting customers
• Process customer requests
• Transfers, rewrites, repos, refused returns, letters and other paperwork
• Enter contracts into computer system
• Assist with closing accounts, process deferrals & extensions and ending contracts
• Filing & sorting
• Preparing paperwork

Requirements:

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, 10 key and phone operations (APAK exp preferred but can be learned)
• Type 35 to 40 words a minute
• 2+ years Customer Service experience
• Ability to multitask, problem solve
• Strong math skills
