The Non-Profit Community Engagement Specialist is a self-motivated individual responsible for managing workplace campaigns within businesses and organizations. This role requires strong presentation skills and attention to detail to ensure successful campaigns and foster new business partnerships. With a focus on helping others and supporting non-profit partners, the ultimate goal is to increase fundraising outcomes.

Job Duties:

• Develop a thorough understanding of the organization’s mission and partner agencies to effectively support workplace campaigns.
• Collaborate with Employee Campaign Coordinators to plan and execute successful fundraising campaigns within various companies.
• Represent the organization during presentations, rallies, and events, both in-person and virtually, at businesses, government offices, and educational institutions.
• Deliver and manage campaign materials and collect donations, ensuring accuracy and completion for reporting.
• Research potential business partners, conduct cold calls, and assist in managing office duties related to the campaign and fundraising efforts.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Four-year degree from accredited college, fundraising or sales experience and a strong public speaking ability is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and relationship builder.
• High interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow-through.
• Extensive experience in Excel, Word & Outlook.
