Pay: 

• $17.00 per hour (Increase upon hire)

Shifts:  

• 1^st Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm (Monday – Friday with OT possibility)

**may offer voluntary Sat OT**

Job Duties for Assemblers:

• Perform a series of wire cutting and assembly processes
• Perform setup and operation of wire cutting equipment, lugging presses, clamp and electrode assembly, cleaning electrical cords, and quality inspection
• Follow and read work instructions and blueprints
• Utilize various hand tools

Qualifications of the Assembler:

• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to work with tools and be a self-starter
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience as well as the ability to read and understand diagrams is preferred, but willing to train the right candidates
• Must have strong communication and teamwork mindset

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift (up to 12 hours if on overtime)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., but most lifting will be 20 lbs or less and occasionally up to 40 lbs

PPE: 

• Must wear safety shoes (ESD preferred). Company will supply all other PPE
