Welch’s in Westfield, NY is now hiring Seasonal Harvest Workers for the upcoming grape harvest season starting September 2025. Be part of a tradition that helps bring one of America’s favorite fruits from the vine to the bottle!

Job Details:

• Pay: $15.50/hour

• Schedule: 7 days a week (during peak harvest)

• Shifts: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am 12-hour shifts 
  

• Start Date: September 2025

• Location: Welch’s – Westfield, NY

Responsibilities:

• Support grape processing and production operations

• Assist with machine operation and material handling

• Keep work areas clean and follow safety guidelines

• Work effectively as part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Able to work long hours, including weekends

• Able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation to and from the facility
