Job Opening: Day & Afternoon Shift Paint Line Workers & Assemblers – Watertown, WI

We are seeking to hire Paint Line Workers and Assemblers for our valued client in Watertown, WI!

Let’s talk about the available shifts:

• 1^st Shift Paint Line Workers & Assemblers work Monday – Friday, 5:30am-1:30pm
• 2^nd Shift Paint Line Workers work Monday – Thursday, 1:30pm-12:30am

The Pay for the Paint Line Workers & Assemblers depends on shift:

• 1^st Shift – $16/hr
• 2^nd Shift – $17/hr
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Paint Line Workers & Assemblers:

• The Line Worker on the Paint Line is responsible for reading work orders, staging product prior to hanging, hanging product on a moving paint line, masking parts, and hand washing or performing prep work to parts prior to them being painted.
• The Assembler utilizes small hand/power tools to assemble lighter pieces, performs quality checks, and packages/labels.

• Basic math, reading, and reasoning skills
• Ability to recall different product setups
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Team-focused environment with opportunity to cross-train
• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly
• Stand and walk for entire shift
• Strong hand-eye coordination and motor dexterity
• You will be standing, walking, lifting, stretching, twisting, bending, gripping, and grasping throughout the shift
