Job Summary:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities. You will serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role

• Hands-on experience with sales software 

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
