Machine Operator

Day shift

Position may be on CNC Turret punch presses, CNC Press brakes, or Pinning machine. The machine Operator will be
responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive
maintenance on assigned machines. The Machine Operator will also be responsible for inspecting parts to
specifications. Understand how to read and use a protractor.

• Perform basic quality checks (both visual and measuring with a protractor and tape measure)
• Identify tooling needed for machine/program/Ops sheet
• Identify if tooling needs sharping or is damaged
• Load tooling in the machine
• Operate Press brakes or Turrets.
• Setting up of machinery from proven programs.
