Production Associate

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Pay: $16.00/hour

Shift:  6:00am to 4:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick and/or Assemble products as directed
• Move materials or finished goods to the designated area
• Pull items and prepare labels
• Support special projects as required  
• Keep area clear of hazards and make sure that workspace is clean
• Follow all good manufacturing practices – follow all safety rules including use of PPE
• Support quality control goals and meet daily/weekly quotas

Skill Requirements:

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and reach for up to 12 hours
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Read and follow written instructions and visual training aids
• Work in a team environment and be flexible when production needs change
• Work environment temperature may vary based on task and location
