Responsibilities
- Trim fat, bones, and connective tissue from meat products according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning tools and surfaces.
- Inspect meat products for quality and freshness prior to trimming and packaging.
- Ensure proper handling of all meat products to adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate cutting equipment and tools safely and efficiently to achieve precise cuts.
- Assist in packaging trimmed meat for distribution, ensuring accuracy in labeling and quantity.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production flow and resolve any issues that arise during processing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in meat processing or a similar role is required.
