Remedy Staffing is seeking a skilled Fabrication Technician for a well-established manufacturer in the Erie area.

This position involves a variety of tasks related to metal fabrication, layout, and final assembly in an industrial environment. We’re looking for a dependable candidate who thrives in a hands-on setting and takes pride in precision work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, shears, punches, and presses

• Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials according to blueprints and technical drawings

• Perform layout, fitting, grinding, and final assembly tasks

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial assembly preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or work orders

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Comfortable with basic hand and power tools

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• High school diploma or GED required

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 1st shift

• Occasional overtime as needed

Compensation:

• $20.00–$25.00/hr, depending on experience and qualifications
