Automation Assembly Group Skill Requirements: Previous mechanical assembly experience is not required, but is very helpful Good mechanical skills and aptitude Ability to effectively use a large variety of hand tools and small power tools Ability to closely follow work instructions and general procedures without deviation Ability to listen to and follow direction from trainers and experienced builders, learning the proper method for accomplishing tasks; follow that instruction without deviation unless discussed and approved.
