Job Opening: Production Associates

Remedy is currently hiring for Production positions at a local soup plant.

Various shifts Pay: $16.00/hour

The associate’s work will include:

• This role assists an operator by ensuring tubs are entering the machine properly

• Operate material handling, packaging, and processing equipment.

• Visually inspect materials and supplies for defects; report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor.

• Complete necessary documentation, including worksheets and computerized tracking systems for each product.

• Verify product and supplies are accurate.

• Accurately pack and ensure proper placement of soups in boxes.

• Read instructions and recipes accurately.

• Prep ingredients for soup.

• Learn and understand how to operate machinery, including material handling, packaging, and processing equipment.

• Understand and perform basic math calculations.

• Be able to stand and do repetitive work for a shift or move amongst roles during the shift.

• Could require lifting up to 45-50 lbs, bending, standing, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, carrying.

• Use and maintains familiarity with assembly, packaging, and measuring tools. 

Qualified applicants will be able to:

• Follow all GMP and facility rules and processes.

• Stand and move throughout the facility for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs on a regular basis.

• Maintain a safe work area while operating or working near packaging and mixing machinery
