Hotel Maintenance Technician
 
Day, Evening and Night Shift – Rotating schedule and weekends required

Pay: $14.00 – 16.00/hour DOE

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of previous Maintenance Technician experience
• Inclined facility maintenance knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Able to read and interpret blueprints/drawings
• Advanced math skills
• Analytical skills
• Computer skills
• Must have a Valid Drivers License
• HVAC experience

Job Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building and facility equipment
• Inspect building facility to diagnose malfunctions
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance of facility
• Perform maintenance, such as, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, HVAC
• Change appliances as needed
• Assist with maintaining outdoor pool
• Maintain all standards of building facility
• Complete projects in a timely manner
• May work individually or in a team environment
