Position: Full-time, Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative
Location: Honolulu (Airport)

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (Depends on experience)

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to manage high-volume customer calls, schedule service requests, and support technicians in a fast-paced environment. This role is key to ensuring timely and efficient service to our clients while maintaining strong communication and organization across teams.

Job Duties:

• Answer and manage high volumes of calls and emails from customers, technicians, and vendors
• Schedule and assign work orders, track progress, and communicate updates to all stakeholders
• Support “preferred” accounts by coordinating services, submitting proposals, and generating reports
• Maintain and update backflow service records and schedule follow-ups
• Review and prepare inspection reports and assist in responding to high-risk inquiries
• Provide administrative support to the Plumbing Service Manager and assist technicians with customer communications

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in a service or technical industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn specialized software
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills with attention to detail
