Job Opening: Machine Operator

Remedy is looking for Machine Operators on the following shifts in Canandaigua:

• 2nd Shift: 330 PM to 12AM *Multiple schedules available*
• 3rd Shift: 1130 PM to 8 AM *Multiple schedules available*

Weekend Shifts, work 36 hours, get paid for 40!

• 730 AM to 730 PM working Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 730 PM to 730 AM working Saturday, Sunday, Monday

$18.94/base rate after ops training is completed

Base rate + $.75/hr shift differential for 2nd shift
Base rate + $1.25/hr shift differential for 3rd shift

Essential duties and responsibilities

Operator Associate duties consist of routine packing and operation of thermoforming equipment in a safe and effective manner on an as needed basis. This will include but not be limited to identifying and correcting quality deficiencies, basic maintenance, adjustment, and troubleshooting of equipment and process. Direct and/or assist with coworker activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Good math, language and reading skills; basic computer skills may be required
High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment
Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
Maintain a clean & safe environment
May be required to use RF scanner gun
