Job Opening: Accounting Clerk

Immediate 1st Shift Part Time Accounting Clerk Job in Clive, IA!

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 / hour

Hours: 4-6 hours per day (Monday-Friday)

Duties:

• Tracks, identifies and interprets data to be entered
• Contacts vendors to find missing data
• Data entry of sales and commissions into the database
• Confirms accuracy of payments and enter into the system
• Generates reports based on data entered
• Collections of missing invoices with vendors

Requirements:

• Associates or bachelors degree or equivalent accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail (Ability to recognize, troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies)
• Good with numbers Microsoft Excel experience
