Scheduled: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay rate : $17.00
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our team! This role is essential in supporting our HR department and ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage official internal documents (offer letters, salary slips, warning letters, etc.)
- Develop onboarding plans and educate new hires on HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records (benefits, attendance, etc.)
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities with approved budgets
- Collaborate with vendors, leadership, and staff to uphold CSR standards
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend pay adjustments
- Address employee grievances and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary
Ability to fluently communicate and read in English

Requirements:
· Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
· Problem solving skills and resourceful thinking
· Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
