Welch Foods is gearing up for the 2025 Harvest Season and we’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team in North East, PA!

Season Starts: September 2025

Position: Seasonal Production Worker

• Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

• Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 

• Location: Welch Foods Inc., North East, PA

Job Duties:

• Assist with grape processing and juice production

• Operate or support production machinery

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Perform general labor and material handling tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Able to work any shift and weekends during harvest

• Physically capable of lifting, standing, and repetitive motion

• Punctual, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced setting
