We are seeking to hire a Production Assembler for our valued client in Madison, WI!

• 2^nd Shift Production Assembler works Monday – Thursday 3:15pm – 1:15am

The Pay for Production Assemblers depends on shift:

• 2^nd Shift – $18/hr
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties: An Assembler performs manual labor in a production and assembly line.  Operates and troubleshoots production line machinery, equipment and may perform minor repairs as necessary.

• Operate production line machinery and / or computers.
• Troubleshoot production line machinery.
• Perform equipment change-overs.
• Responsible for quality control
• Adjust, as necessary, to product within specifications. 
• Reject product outside of specifications.

• Basic knowledge of operating equipment and machines
• Basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills required, normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• No High School Diploma or GED required
• You will be working in a manufacturing facility; standing, lifting, stretching, twisting, and bending during the entire shift
