Job Opening: Customer Service Representative
Description
Looking for experienced customer service representatives to assist callers with plan and account questions. Located in downtown Omaha, NE. This position requires working onsite 5 days a week.
$19.00 / hour plus bonuses
Monday to Friday with shifts available from 8:00am to 8:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with customers and walk through products and provide comparisons
- Handle customer product selection, order placements, and transaction processing
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls
- Oversee inventory and stock levels

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 year completed college degree

Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience

Clear communication with the ability to use positive language

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once

Goal oriented focus

Good mathematical skills; ability to do calculations quickly

Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-window based environment
