Pay: $24.00 per hour

The Training Operations Coordinator is responsible for accurate data entry, record keeping, and quality control of training documentation for the maintenance workgroup. This role involves transitioning paper records to digital systems, conducting detailed audits to ensure accuracy and compliance, and managing eLearning enrollments through the internal system. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in Excel and Office 365 tools, and capable of working both independently and within a team to maintain training data integrity.
Job Duties:
- Records entry in training systems, focusing on completion records for the Maintenance workgroup.
- Quality check and auditing of training records for accuracy and compliance.
- Transition paper records to an electronic format utilizing tools and software systems like Office 365.
- Organize and file paper records to include archiving records.
- Conduct a 100% audit comparing paper rosters vs. electronic entries for 12 months.
- Quality-check the enrollments of approximately 45 students per month for eLearning.
Job Requirements:
- College graduate (Associate’s Degree or higher)
- Above-average experience in Excel
- Familiarity and experience in Office 365 Product Suite (Ex, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Data entry experience is strongly preferred
- Highly organized, with the ability to organize electronic data
- Ability to work independently and in small groups.
